Project Description

As part of a new add-on service for capturing home care leads, I designed the UI for our customer interface where they would opt into the program, create an online listing, and review leads received. The challenge was to create a UI that could be quickly developed leveraging the existing UI libraries used in our current system, and to make the opt in and setup processes as simple and intuitive as possible. These designs successfully used UI and UX patterns our current customers were familiar with and streamlined the opt in and setup processes into less than five steps.
